The Final March - Part 2
9 Million Years Ago
Short scene of Megatron’s first rise to power as ruler of the City-State Kaon.
Conclave
The rulers and heads of state of each City-State assemble every two vorns to discuss policies, treaties, and trade. Each city-state is regulated in its own manner depending on the faction population or leader. For a long time the 10 conclave positions were evenly split between Autobot and Decepticon. Slowly, the Autobots held majority over the Decepticons and even the neutrals secured two region seats.
City-States Faction Leaders or Reps
Iacon Autobot Autobot Elders (Xaaron)
Gypax Autobot Alpha Trion (rep)
Praxus Autobot Maximus
Protihex Autobot The aging Overlord
Uraya Neutral Spanner (Deacon)
Kalis (City of the Dead) Neutral Emirate Xeon
Tyrest Decepticon Trannis
Altihex Decepticon Primethues (Halicon)
Polihex Decepticon Starsux
Kaon Decepticon Megatron
6 Million Years Ago
Primetheus, Head of the Halicon Guard, realizes the Cybertron society is changing, modernizing, and regardless of who wins the civil war, the Halicon Guard, as it was, would no longer fit into the new society, because the old warriors were set in their ways to adapt peacefully to the changes.
Seeing it this way, they prepare a final glory charge against Megatron, knowing what will be their fate. They go to leave their mark, an impression on all other Cybertronians. Later, these events would influence the principles of Predacon Honor. Their people are gone, but their legacy lives on with a wayward Halicon Warrior, Dreadheart.
Primetheus has come to the realization that they can no longer stand as spectators. They have lost many of their younger members to Megatron’s cause with Dreadheart’s departure being the only one without bitter feelings or disgrace.
In the past, Halicon warriors scuffed at the idea of Autobots fighting much less fighting alongside them to preserve Cybertron. Their arrogance cost them much and it was nearly too late for them to take up arms and create a strong front against Megatron.
The Autobots faced against impossible odds as Megatron surrounded them with his massive army. Knowing there was only thing they could do to, Primetheus approached a younger Optimus Prime with a proposal. He would lead his small band on swift charge right through the heart of the Decepticon formation to Megatron himself. Optimus Prime refuses, stating it would be suicide. Primetheus acknowledges that fact and states it is the only way to break up Megatron’s forces. The Halicon leader tells Optimus that he had refused to recognized just how dangerous the Decepticon warlord was and how the Guard lost its strength because of his arrogance. He surprises Optimus when he says that the Halicon Guard’s time is over and Cybertron’s hope for a future lies in the hands of the Autobots. He tells Prime his warriors will be prepared to do this even without the Autobots, because all would be doom if Megatron were to succeed in this battle.
Prime reluctantly agrees and plans are quickly drawn up as Megatron’s forces head toward Iacon.

The Final March scene
The Guard stood straight in perfect columns. The light of the stars shone off their ancient ornamental armor. The heavy beat of their feet was their resounding drum announcing their approach to the Decepticon army. Banners held high proud, each warrior standing in perfect form and stillness, their faces void of any fear.
Their commander before them, staring into the burning optics of Megatron…
The time for words was long over…
The battle cry was given…
“AS ALL ARE ONE!”
